About EFILE Log
The EFILE Log allows you to view the details of all transactions transmitted or received using the electronic services.
EFILE Log Display
To display the EFILE Log, click EFILE Log on the left menu.

Just as in the Client Manager and the Form Manager, tools are available to allow you to perform quick searches and customize the display of the EFILE Log. |

|
Each line in the EFILE Log corresponds to a transaction and there may be more than one transaction per return. |
|
|
Review code 2139 means that the CRA is performing pre-assessment verification on this return. Supporting documentation may be requested. Please do not submit any documentation unless you are asked to do so. |
|

Review code 24 means that the CRA may perform a verification of this taxpayer's return. Where applicable, the processing may be delayed and supporting documentation may be requested. Please do not submit any documentation unless you are asked to do so. |

When you select a transaction in the EFILE Log, the information about the transaction will be displayed in the lower pane. To print the information in the lower pane, right-click anywhere in the pane, then click Print Details on the shortcut menu. |
Types of EFILE transactions
Different types of EFILE transactions may appear on the EFILE Log:
- T1013 - Transmission of data of Form T1013 to the CRA;
- T1135 - Transmission of data of Form T1135 to the CRA;
- Transmission - Transmission of tax return information;
- PAD - Transmission of pre-authorized debit agreement;
- ERR - Error report when errors are received concerning
an EFILE
EFILE Log columns
The following columns appear by default in the EFILE Log:

The confirmation number for EFILE, T1013 transmission, T1135 transmission or Taxprep Print Service. |

CRA Note |
If code 2139 or 24 is displayed, it indicates that the return has been selected for pre-assessment review. For T1013 transactions, a code starting with W indicates that the T1013 form has been accepted dependent on certain CRA parameters indicated through the condition code. Otherwise the field will be blank. |

How to Print EFILE LogTo print transactions in the EFILE Log, proceed as follows:

Click the
button, then click EFILE Log. - On the File
menu, click Print EFILE Log.
The Print EFILE Log dialog box is displayed. - Select the printer you want to use.
- Modify the print settings, if applicable.
- To print the document to a PDF file, select the Print to PDF file check box.
- To modify the paper orientation, click Portrait or Landscape.
- Click OK.
All transactions currently displayed in the EFILE Log will be printed. If you want to print only a portion of the transactions in the EFILE Log, use the filters available in the EFILE Log title bar or in the Advanced toolbar to reduce the number of transactions displayed.
How to print the Print Transaction DetailsTo print the details for a transaction (it could be a transmission, a Receipt or a confirmation from Wolters Kluwer), proceed as follows:

Click the
button, then click EFILE Log. - Select the transaction for which you want to print the details.
- In the lower pane of the EFILE Log, right-click and then click Print Details on the shortcut menu.
